Job Description
Duties:
Minimum Requirements:
- Lead and manage day-to-day production and workshop operations
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate fabrication and manufacturing activities
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Manage and mentor production staff, supervisors, and artisans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align production goals
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed
- Oversee resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment
- Maintain strong quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
