Our client in the industrial / manufacturing services industry is looking to employ a Production Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Production / Operations / Supply Chain qualification – advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Experience within construction or industrial manufacturing – advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of production processes and systems
• Understanding of stock control and inventory management
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Technical fault finding and problem-solving
