Job Description

Introduction:

Location: Bowin, Si Racha, Chon Buri Salary: 120,000 – 160,000 THB
Working Days: 6 Days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process and electronics assembly to consistently achieve Quality, Delivery, and Inventory (QDI) targets.
  • Manage production scheduling and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Uphold ISO 9001 standards and implement robust quality control procedures.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing principles (One Piece Flow, Standard WIP, 5S) and conduct regular Genba Walks to audit safety and visual controls.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
