Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

Echelon Engineers is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes across fabrication and assembly operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure on‑time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute contract requirements in line with Master Production Schedules.
• Instruct production supervisors and employees to ensure optimum workforce planning.
• Minimise production constraints through effective scheduling of resources and deployment.
• Generate and release Production Works Orders using MRP and CRP systems.
