A leading manufacturing environment within the animal feed industry is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate feed mill operations, production planning, quality control, maintenance coordination, and workforce management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal plant performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with manufacturing and safety standards.

Education:

• Production Diploma
• Matric / Grade 12

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years experience within an animal feed manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years management experience within FMCG
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and OSHAct
• Experience managing production processes, stock control, and plant operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate
