Job Description
A well‑established and growing industrial manufacturing company is bringing on a Production Manager to first support the shop Schedule during a planned scheduler outage, then transition into a heavier Engineering or Project Management role in January. This position is critical to maximizing machine utilization, meeting customer commitments, and aligning engineering, production, and project management during an ERP transition from Airtable to Genius ERP. You will own the global shop schedule, allocating blocks of machine time across multiple work centers and sequencing jobs from station to station. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Senior Shop Staff to validate routings, estimate labor hours, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
