Job Description
- Assists production operators in the machine set-up to prevent quality problems and machine breakdowns
- Conducts monitoring inspection on mechanical components of production machines for any symptoms or signs of abnormality during production operation
- Performs propmt, effective and systematic eqpt. troubleshooting and repair during equipment breakdown
- Fills up the machine work order with the required information after accomplishing machine troubleshooting and repair
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of all mechanical components, assembly and sub-assembly accdg. to the maintenance schedule or work order
- Coordinates with the production section supervisors or other authorized personnel on the oprtg status of the production machines and provides recommendations
- Coordinates with Facilities associates or Facilities 3rd party technicians on the production machine utilities requirement
