This role will be fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.


Under the direction of Supervisor Licensing, renew trucks and trailers for nine states upon expiration. Order and process duplicate titles.



Essential Duties:


+ Reasonable and predictable attendance is essential.

+ Register and title new trucks and trailers added to the fleet.

+ Process numerous transactions in the ADOT system.

+ Process annual renewals for truck and trailer registrations.

+ Order replacement plates and registrations when needed.

+ Update the mainframe database with current registration, plate and title information.

+ Query the mainframe for various details and information on trucks and trailers.

+ Print barcodes and registrations and scan them into Web Extender as a PDF file.

+ Notarize titles requested...
