Job Description

Support Shopfloor Training (SFT) department in maintaining training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Ensure competency matrices and on-the-job (OJT) records remain current and audit-ready.

• Schedule and track OJT sessions, update competency matrices and training records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS for training compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree student in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical) or HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
