**Job Description**

A manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is seeking multiple General Production Workers for various shifts. This role involves manual labor in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manually load and unload product to/from machine repetitively.
+ Push and pull boxes of product weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Visually inspect the final product for quality assurance.
+ Occasionally use shot blasting equipment to finish product.
+ Weigh and package product according to customer specifications.
+ Ensure proper documentation of materials and batch numbers.
+ Withstand heat and remain on feet for 8 to 12 hours at a time.

**Essential Skills**
