Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production & Factory Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality output of production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people, processes, and performance.
