• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related field
• 1-3+ years of manufacturing experience with strong QA/QC exposure
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in factory environment
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP) and continuous improvement practices
