Improve and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance product quality
- Work closely with other teams to implement process improvements and introduce new production technologies
- Monitor production operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing-related issues
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department
