Production Engineering Manager

Role Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring maximum operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), automation systems, and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a scientific and engineering background specializing in mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance and will lead a team to achieve preventive and corrective maintenance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance of machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems (including PLCs and automation controls) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
