Production Engineering Supervisor

The Production Engineering Supervisor provides technical leadership and operational oversight for the production engineering team, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely approval of all production analyses, calculations, and reports. This role is accountable for guiding day-to-day production planning activities, offering expert advice, and resolving complex production challenges to support stable and optimized facility operations.

In addition, the Supervisor develops and implements strategies, procedures, work plans, and training programs that strengthen team capability and ensure consistent production engineering excellence.
