Job Description

Introduction:

WHA1 Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage workplace safety within the production area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents
  • Control and monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Plan, monitor, and follow up on production schedules and delivery plans to ensure on-time completion and fulfillment of production targets
  • Manage production costs and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain and continuously improve workplace management standards, including 6S implementation and housekeeping activities
  • Supervise production personnel on a daily basis, including manpower allocation, training, performance monitoring, and work schedule management
