Duties & Responsibilities Lead long-term strategic planning and coordinating of new store builds and refurbishments, focusing on physical space design as per the relevant brand identities and strategies of each brand. Manage a full pipeline of stores, leading the design and development of new and innovative physical spaces that prioritize customer experience and support operations, working within timelines set out by the Head of New Business. Lead the development of merchandising solutions across the group for new retail ranges within existing stores, across all formats, including traditional and non-traditional retail environments.
