Production Control Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

This role is critical to keeping our lab operations running smoothly ensuring samples are accurately tracked, prioritized, and processed so our analysts and scientists can deliver timely, high-quality data to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Track, label, store, and ship client samples with high accuracy and full traceability
• Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks to keep work moving
• Coordinate with scientists, engineers, and operations teams
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Follow established procedures and maintain organized records
• Support cross-functional teams, including occasional courier duties
