**Job Title: Production Associate - WEEKLY PAY - $17 TO $20 AN HOUR**

**Job Description**

The Special Trim Line Worker supports the production of custom cabinets by operating woodworking equipment, cutting finished and specialized panels, and assisting across multiple departments in a large manufacturing facility. You will start in the trim department, learn various production processes, and have the opportunity to move into other departments and advance into higher-level roles over time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Cut finished and specialized panels according to production specifications and quality standards.
+ Operate and monitor equipment such as table saws and edge band machines to support cabinet production.
+ Detect malfunctions in machinery, inspect parts, and make necessary adjustments to controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
