Production Associate - Springs                 Monday-Friday 7:

• 30am-4:00pm Starting Wage: $22/HR Summary:   The primary function of this position is to prepare and assemble garage door springs based on customer orders.


• This role involves reading order details, selecting the correct spring, and cutting it to the proper size when needed.
• Employees are responsible for ensuring each spring is built accurately, safely, and meets quality standards while working efficiently.

Essential Duties:

• Read and follow spring orders to understand required specifications.


• Select the closest matching spring and prepare it for modification if needed.
