Assist Production leaders with the coordination of production team members engaged in the production of pizza dough in accordance with established company/industry standards and procedures. Participate in our Certified Trainer program to become an active trainer of new and tenured team members regarding their job duties, responsibilities, and safety. Subject matter expert in all functions; mixing, placing, cross-stacking/down-stacking, sanitation, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Production – Dough Processing

•Start, stop, and handle changeovers for Doughbot (automated center)

•Set up all equipment in production area prior to making dough

•Scale and metering equipment must be check weighed equal to its usage and documented

•Thermometers must be calibrated and checked against a certified thermometer

•Yeast slurry and mixer timers checked and calibrated at the start of each production day
