This is a site based role in Ashland, MA, supporting the manufacturing of MatTek tissue models in a regulated laboratory environment. The position contributes directly to product quality and reliability while offering hands on development in cell culture medium preparation, quality testing, and biotech manufacturing processes.


Grow with us – Your Responsibilities:

+ Prepare media and supplements using sterile technique with strong attention to detail

+ Perform laboratory work under the direction of senior Associates and the Laboratory Supervisor or Manager

+ Coat, cure, sterilize, and package cell inserts to meet production and quality requirements

+ Perform quality assurance testing, including pH, osmolality, and endotoxin testing, and support product shipping by packing and verifying shipments against MAOs

+ Support general laboratory duties and assist with tasks typically assigned to a Laboratory Assistant as needed
