**Production Associate – Metal Fabrication**

We are hiring **Production Associates** to support a busy metal fabrication shop producing roofing, siding, and trim for large buildings. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates interested in manufacturing, with training available for entry-level individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Load and unload sheet metal and raw materials
+ Operate trim and fabrication machines
+ Measure and verify materials using a tape measure
+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards
+ Package, band, and prepare materials for shipment
+ Assist with general production, assembly, and loading tasks
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
