**Job Description**

This role focuses on fabricating ablative and thermal structures using specialized thermal materials and 3D molds. You will work hands-on with a thermal, putty-like material, inject and seal molds, and support the production of thermal protectants for carbon fiber components such as rocket end caps. You will follow standard work methods, adhere to strict safety and quality practices, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure efficient, precise, and reliable production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work with a thermal, putty-like material prepared onsite to fabricate ablatives and thermal structures.
+ Handle and work with 3D molds produced onsite, ensuring proper preparation and setup for each job.
