**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to support hands-on, project-based manufacturing work. This role involves precision hand assembly and soldering of electronic components in accordance with industry and military standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and experience of working in a production or manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform hand assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
+ Execute thru‑hole soldering, modification, and rework to IPC‑J‑STD‑001 or military workmanship standards.
