Production Area Leader
The Role
You will be working with the Shift Manager across all production areas to manage processes and systems in order to ensure finished products are cooked, filled, chilled, packed and booked out appropriately so that plan is achieved to standard with 90% of time being spent on the production floor. In addition to this, you will be working in conjunction with the Hygiene, Technical and HR departments to ensure all line teams are trained to standard and that skills are balanced across all areas – in turn increasing productivity, safety and quality.
