Functieomschrijving

Operationeel Management

  • Leiding geven aan alle activiteiten binnen de IS-afdeling en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de dagelijkse productieprestaties
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de veilige, stabiele en efficiënte werking van de IS-machines
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, machine-efficiëntie (OEE), kwaliteit en scrap percentages
  • Analyseren van productieresultaten en implementeren van corrigerende acties om prestaties continu te verbeteren
  • Nauw samenwerken met Batch & Furnace, Mould Shop, Maintenance, Quality en Cold End om een optimale productiestroom te garanderen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de opstart, stabilisatie en verdere optimalisatie van nieuwe producten en productielijnen
  • Vertalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar operationele acties op de werkvloer
