Role Overview

As a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) – DRAM Yield Analysis Engineer, you will be part of a global cross‑functional team responsible for ramping yield of DRAM products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through high‑volume manufacturing and maturity. In this role, you will learn to perform data‑driven yield analysis and root‑cause debugging from Frontend through Backend. You will be encouraged to explore and apply AI‑assisted tools, automation, and analytics to help reduce repetitive manual work, simplify data analysis, and improve day‑to‑day engineering efficiency.
