Purpose:


As a Product Video Creator, you will be responsible for assisting deliver on global product vision by creating and delivering innovative videos to help our customers and customer facing staff understand fully our products and how to use them. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager. You will :


  • be passionate and experienced at building great video content and have a mindset to solve problems and improve customer experience using the video technology.
  • be able to bridge the knowledge gap between Product and Sales through instructional videos.
  • be effective at engaging and building relationships with cross-functional teams to understanding their needs and delivering the video content to meet those.
  • possess great English communication skills (verbal and written).
