As a Product Training Manager, you will serve as a clinical and product knowledge expert, focusing on the planning, delivery, and monitoring of product knowledge training programs and certification to our newly hired and/or field-based sales teams for the assigned products under your supervision.

The primary goal of the Product Training Manager is to ensure that new members of the sales team progress along the projected certification pathway consistent with PPI standards and that they perform at the highest levels of proficiency, assuring the safe and effective application of our products, up to and including certification exam administration.

Additional job responsibilities will include creating and implementing continuing clinical education and product training for the field-based support team, and assisting with customer activities in the field.
