Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead the strategic market entry and commercial growth of the Ideal Standard brand across the Rest of Asia (ROA) region. This pivotal role is responsible for defining the winning product portfolio, pricing and will drive the marketing execution to achieve successful market launch and sustained business growth. You act as a brand owner and first point of contact for the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Portfolio Selection & Pricing

  • Lead and drive the comprehensive market launch strategy and execution for the Ideal Standard brand in the ROA region.
  • Define the winning product portfolio for ROA, in close collaboration with the HQ based Product Management and R&D teams, ensuring it is tailored to local market needs.
  • Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy to ensure strong market penetration and profitability.
