Job Description
Lead the Product Support team at Alimentiv, focusing on issue resolution and process improvement. This role combines mentoring, hands-on support, and cross-functional coordination to enhance customer experience.
As a Team Lead, you will manage and develop Product Support Specialists while directly engaging in technical support.
