You will market personal line products to OCBC customers through outbound effort and handle inbound sales enquiries with high quality customer experience.

• Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence
• Correspond with customers through emails
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment
• Achieve sales target set out by business
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
• Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BCP & PGI will be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers
• A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards
• Well organized and systematic in work
• Keen to learn and positive work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft office and AS400
