MAIN PURPOSE

Manage all aspects of a pre-defined product line inside the SBU (Strategic BusinessUnit) – Roadmap, technical, marketing strategies and support.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Defines product vision, strategy and roadmap (New and existing products)

+ Manage customer requirements and needs

+ Communication link between sales, support and engineering and defines priorities between these parties with reference to product development.

+ Aligned with brand management division roadmap and vision

+ Manage Beta product trials (POC's and trials)

+ Manage customer feedback strategies to ensure customer satisfaction with your product
