Job Description
Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with experience in performance management to lead a team of Account Executives. The Sales team powers customer growth around the world, from prospecting to acquisition and activation, and solves complex problems with a solution-oriented approach.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading by example and selling directly to customers
- Coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, overseeing performance, training, and development
- Managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team
- Creating best practices across the entire sales process
- Taking responsibility for the team's targets, discovering growth opportunities, and striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
- Creating a culture of high performance and living Revolut's values
What You'll Need
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of experience within a similar role
