Job Title: Product Regulatory Specialist
Job Description
Collaborate closely with product development, supply chain, project management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the global compliance of marketed lubricants. Facilitate adherence to regulatory requirements related to GHS, USMCA, Import/Export regulations, REACH, and other regulatory entities as needed.
Responsibilities

+ Review and approve industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

+ Manage internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating statuses.

+ Organize, update, and control SDS documents and records.

+ Validate data related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

+ Maintain well-organized records for easy retrieval of required information.

+ Prepare documentation to assist in fulfilling USMCA-related requests.
