Key Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, revise, maintain and/or test quality/reliability standards to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality/reliability of products.
• Develop and implement quality/reliability test plans and perform failure analysis: perform FMECA, document CRAMS, work with supplier and engineer to enable CRAMS test plan, perform PQP at supplier, conduct reliability modeling and ERAMS.
• Gather operational and test data, evaluate results, and prepare documentation for testing.
• Develop methods and parameters, project methodology, and/or project proposals.
• Evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies to ensure world‑class quality standards are attainable.
