+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, materials, or related engineering field.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
+ Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent experience.
+ 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
+ 3 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
