Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure and drive problem solving activities together with the production locations, SQA, engineering and operations. Support all quality related topics that are related to the quality product design and Q manufacturing concept. Monitor the Product Q performance in cooperation with the customer and production locations and ensure improvement in case of deficiencies
  • Ensure customer communication on design specific related Q topics.?
  • Monitor Q target setting and deploy action item tracking for achievement of Q targets.
  • Consolidate and check nonconformance costs for products/customers and ensure read across for all affected locations and support changes affecting several locations.?
  • Ensure transparent Q report for relevant Q KPI's for the assigned Product Line and support of production location in case of Q issues and or customer escalations.
