Responsibilities

• Define and plan initiatives and use cases (automation, agent assist, analytics).
• Prioritize based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Build and validate business cases and forecast value.
• Define roadmap, releases, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate across Product, AI, Tech, and local teams.
• Manage backlog, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Oversee testing phases (unit & UAT).
• Ensure readiness for production environments.
• Support deployments and go-live in countries.
• Monitor KPIs (automation, AHT, agent productivity, quality).
• Track performance vs business case.
• Identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead governance forums, QBRs, and progress tracking.
