Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Product Owner / Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. This person will translate business needs into actionable product deliverables while supporting ongoing development initiatives in an agile environment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands core Product Owner responsibilities, is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, and is excited to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency (not building AI products directly).

Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with internal stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and define product needs
Translate business requirements into user stories, backlogs, and product roadmaps
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira (or similar tools)
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
