We're seeking a Product Owner, Knowledge & Content Platform to own and evolve our internal and dealer‑facing Knowledge Center as a strategic self‑service product.

This role sits at the intersection of business, content, and technology, with a clear mandate: improve team productivity, and dealer autonomy, increase confidence in self‑service, and reduce avoidable support cases. You will be accountable for the performance, governance, and continuous optimization of our knowledge & content platform, leveraging Salesforce and Coveo, while working closely with subject matter experts across the organization.
