Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser strategischen Rolle treiben Sie den Aufbau und die Skalierung einer AI-getriebenen „Dark Factory“ voran – einer modernen Software Factory, die mithilfe von AI Agents zentrale Schritte im Software Development Lifecycle automatisiert.

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision „Dark Factory“ mit Fokus auf AI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung
  • Identifikation und Priorisierung von Use Cases entlang des gesamten SDLC mit klarem Business-Impact
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Product Backlogs für AI Agents, Automatisierungen und Plattform-Funktionalitäten
  • Steuerung der Entwicklung von AI-basierten Lösungen (z. B. für Coding, Testing, Refactoring, Dokumentation)
  • Definition von User Journeys sowie End-to-End-Prozessen innerhalb der Dark Factory
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AI/ML Engineers, MLOps-, DevOps- und Plattform-Teams
