Key Responsibilities


Product Vision and Strategy

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives for automation and robotics initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor OKRs and KPIs

  • Develop a strong understanding of automation and process mining opportunities across the organization

  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and product evolution

    • Backlog Management and Prioritization

  • Own, manage, and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog

  • Lead iteration planning and sprint preparation activities

  • Ensure delivery of clear sprint goals and value-driven increments

  • Perform ongoing backlog refinement and reprioritization based on changing business needs
