- Responsible for the design, documentation, and delivery of internal system products; participate in the full project lifecycle from planning to launch; accountable for product quality and user experience.
- Maintain close communication with users to distill business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, abstract problems and features, provide comprehensive solutions and product roadmaps, and empower business teams through product initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
