The Role

Product Manager (Customer‑Obsessed, Ground‑Floor). You’ll spend most of your time talking to local government clerks, understanding their workflows, frustrations, and problems they can’t always articulate.

Key Responsibilities Customer Discovery: Conduct regular conversations with municipal & county clerks and government administrators to understand day‑to‑day workflows, pain points, and current tools.
