The App Ads Product team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization. The team builds advertising products and platforms that help app and gaming advertisers acquire users, optimize performance and grow their businesses on TikTok across different stages of the app lifecycle.

• Develop a strong understanding of the global app and gaming advertising ecosystem, advertiser needs and product use cases, including AI-driven ad delivery and creative optimization.
