Purpose of the job

Accountable for the overall success and performance of the product the role is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle including - gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements aligning with the the product vision and working closely with engineering sales marketing and support teams to ensure effective delivery of business goals and objectives. Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders the Product Manager plays a key role in identifying and creating defined product requirements whilst ensuring a seamless process for all involved ultimately turning vision into reality. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs facilitating the adoption of our solutions effectively and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
