WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a UK based IO Psychologist/Psychometrician to specialise in assessment content development and innovation. This role will be crucial in the development of cutting-edge assessment products. You will play a critical part in designing new assessments that reflect emerging skills while also optimizing our existing assessment assets to create more pre-built, off-the-shelf solutions.
