About your role
Product & Requirements
Translate customer workflows and problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and edge cases. Work with the Product Manager to prioritise feature requests, bug fixes, and technical debt. Help define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for new features.
Engineering & Implementation
Work closely with the engineering team to design, prototype, and validate new features. Perform hands-on testing of releases (including on robot cells / hardware setups where relevant). Investigate issues reported by customers, reproduce them, and work with devs to drive them to resolution.
Customer & Application Focus
Partner with application / solutions engineers to understand real deployments, constraints, and edge cases. Participate in customer calls, pilots, or on-site visits to gather product feedback and pain points.
